  Have all Big Boys gone to hell in a hand basket, or just this one? My meal was partially served (entree), less my frys. I was able to eat my whole entree before the frys arrived. Meanwhile, my wife's order wasn't brought out because of some issue. I finished the frys. Still no meal of any sort for my wife. She decided to cancel her order and we're now going to Taco Bell to get her food.

  Have had many good meals at this Big Boy.. Servers are friendly and the food is good.. really like the Salads..

  Food was served to me cold had hair multiple hairs in it. When I brought it up to the female manager she began cussing at me, saying 'F***' every couple words. Thank the other male manager for saving the experience and correcting all the issues. Me and my family used to LOVE coming to this location, but ever since that female manager started working here, I find myself not wanting to come here anymore. She consistently causes issues with every visit and I simply dont want to deal with her horrible attitude or language. Unnacceptable. Again, thank the other manager for saving the day.
